Reservation Fee
A $500 non-refundable reservation fee secures the Turmeric N More Food Truck for 2–4 hours of food service at your event. This fee reserves your date and ensures our team and truck are dedicated exclusively to your event.

Food & Beverage Minimum
Each event has a food and beverage minimum based on your estimated guest count. We'll provide your required minimum when preparing your customized event quote.

You have two payment options:

Host-Paid: The host prepays the food and beverage minimum before the event, allowing guests to enjoy food without paying individually.

Guest-Paid: Guests purchase their meals directly from the food truck during the event.

If guests pay individually and the total food and beverage sales do not reach the required minimum, the host will be responsible for paying the remaining balance needed to satisfy the agreed-upon food and beverage minimum.
